LA Life Admin Get started

Privacy Policy

Life Admin Assistant helps individuals and families manage personal life admin, reminders, bills, documents and messaging-based features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. Messages and documents

Your messages and documents may contain personal information. The service stores what is needed to provide messaging-based functionality, reminders, audit trails and delivery reliability. Raw message content may be pruned or anonymised according to retention settings.

4. Document and language processing

When document extraction is enabled, relevant text may be processed by configured OCR and language-processing providers to detect language, understand requests, extract document details or generate structured life admin records. Extracted document details are shown for review before records are created.

5. WhatsApp and Telegram

If you link WhatsApp or Telegram, message delivery and account identifiers are processed through those providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

6. Google sign-in

You may sign in or register with Google as an additional authentication option. Life Admin receives basic identity information from Google such as your name, email address and profile image. Google sign-in does not give Life Admin access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or Google Calendar. You can disconnect Google from Security settings while keeping your Life Admin account.

7. Family and household sharing

Private records are visible only to the user who created them unless they choose family/household sharing. Family records may be visible to household members based on permissions.

8. Platform administrator access

Platform administrators can access operational information such as user counts, provider health, delivery status, failed jobs, usage totals and plan limits. Private message text, document contents, OCR text, bills, loans, notes, events and family schedules are not visible to platform administrators by default. Access to private content for support requires an authorised support access session or break-glass process and is logged.

9. Data retention

Different data types may have different retention periods. Raw message payloads may be pruned or anonymised after a configured period. Structured records remain until deleted by the user or required for legitimate operational reasons.

10. Your controls

You can:
